Liqwall and Swiftedge: free heatmaps compared
Liqwall is a trading terminal whose order book heatmap and liquidation heatmap open free without sign-up, with paid plans for more indicators, history and alerts. Swiftedge Depth is a free live order book heatmap for the Bitcoin, gold, Ethereum, Solana, XRP, US 500, US 100, silver and WTI crude oil perpetual futures, redrawn four times a second with every trade on top, and Swiftedge has its own free liquidation heatmap. Many traders use both.
What Liqwall offers
From Liqwall's own pages, checked on 31 October 2026 (order book heatmap, liquidation heatmap, pricing):
- Order book heatmap. Resting buy and sell orders by price level, free and without sign-up. It updates every minute and keeps the last two days, with 5-minute, 15-minute and 1-hour views and ranges from ±1 % to ±3 % around price. Coins: Bitcoin, Ethereum, HYPE and Solana.
- Liquidation heatmap. Where leveraged longs and shorts would be force-closed, with the dollar amount at each level. Free without sign-up, for nine coins (Bitcoin, Ethereum, XRP, Solana, Dogecoin, BNB, Cardano, Chainlink and Litecoin); it updates every few minutes and keeps two days. The page does not say how the levels are made.
- A terminal around the maps. Data from 14 exchanges; a free account adds alerts, stop orders, take-profits and whales on the same map, and trading from the chart. The free plan also lists a footprint, a screener and paper trading.
- Plans. Free, Start at $29 a month, Basic at $89, Standard at $179 and Advanced at $499, with two months free on yearly billing. Paid plans add more Liqwall indicators on the chart, longer history, more alerts and, in Advanced, an API. The first 7 days include all of Liqwall, with no card needed.

The difference that matters
Speed. Liqwall's order book heatmap adds a column every minute, which shows where large orders rested over the last two days. Depth draws a new column four times a second, so you can watch a wall appear, get traded into or get pulled within seconds, with each trade drawn as a bubble where it hit the book. How to read the order book heatmap.
How the liquidation map is made. A liquidation heatmap is either a model or a sample of real positions, so it helps to know which. Liqwall's page does not say how its levels are made. Swiftedge's page says what goes in, the liquidation prices of public open positions it follows, and shows how well the map lined up with real liquidations.

- Liqwall fits when you want a trading terminal: liquidation maps for more crypto coins, data from many exchanges, stops and whales on the map, trading from the chart, strategies and an API, with paid plans for longer history and more indicators.
