Terms of use
The short version: Swiftedge is a free tool that shows market data and descriptive analysis. It is not financial advice, it can contain errors or be unavailable, and you trade at your own risk. Use it for yourself, do not scrape or overload it, and be decent in the chat. Paid placements are always marked.
The service
Swiftedge ApS, Denmark ("Swiftedge", "we") runs swiftedge.uk, including Swiftedge Depth, Swiftedge Options, the daily and weekly BTC reports, the levels page, the widget and the chat (together "the service"). The service is free and needs no account. It is a public beta: features can change, be removed or be unavailable without notice. By using the service you accept these terms.
Not financial advice
Everything on Swiftedge is for information and education. Charts, levels, statistics, reports, alerts and chat messages describe market data; they are not recommendations, signals or forecasts, and past behaviour does not predict future results. Options-implied odds are not a forecast, and dealer positioning is an estimate based on an assumption. Trading involves substantial risk of loss. You alone are responsible for your trading decisions.
Market data
Order book and trade data come from Binance USDⓈ-M futures (BTCUSDT), and options data from Deribit, OKX and Bybit. We process this data on our own servers. Data can be delayed, incomplete, binned or wrong, for example during exchange or network outages. Swiftedge is not affiliated with these exchanges.
Acceptable use
- Use the service for your own viewing and analysis. You may share screenshots and the share cards Swiftedge makes, with a link back to swiftedge.uk.
- Do not scrape, copy or redistribute the data feeds, or access the service with automated tools in a way that loads the servers, without our written permission. Search engines and AI assistants that follow robots.txt are welcome.
- Do not try to break, overload or get around the security of the service.
- You may embed the free widget on your own website as described on that page.
Chat
The live chat has rules that are shown before you write: no spam, scams, invitations to other groups, wallet addresses, personal attacks or illegal content, and nothing in the chat is financial advice. Messages can be removed, and users can be muted or banned, by automatic filters or by a moderator. You can appeal a moderation decision from the chat. The chat is cleared every day at 00:00 UTC.
Content and trademarks
The Swiftedge name, logo, website, reports, guides, images and software belong to Swiftedge ApS. Names of exchanges, brokers and other products belong to their owners and are used only to describe them.
Sponsors and partner links
Swiftedge is free because of sponsors. Some placements in Depth, Options, the reports or the website may be paid sponsorships or partner links that track sign-ups. They are always marked as sponsored or partner content. A sponsor does not decide what the data or the analysis shows, and a placement is not a recommendation of the sponsor's products. Read the sponsor's own terms and risk warnings before you open an account there.
Liability
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without any warranty. To the extent the law allows, Swiftedge is not liable for losses arising from using or not being able to use the service, including trading losses, lost profits or decisions based on data that turned out to be delayed or wrong. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.
Privacy
How we handle data is described in the privacy policy.
Changes and law
We can update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version, and continued use means you accept it. These terms are governed by Danish law. Questions: the contact form or [email protected].
