Best free order flow tools for crypto (2026)
The best free order flow tool depends on how much of it is really free. Swiftedge gives every feature away with no account; MMT, OpenMarket, Bookmap and ATAS have free plans with limits and a sign-up; aggr is free and open source. Below are eleven tools, what each one gives away, and where each one is the better choice.
How this list was made
Every entry uses only what the tool's own website said on 31 October 2026, linked under Sources. For each tool we list what is free, what needs an account or a payment, the markets, its strengths and its limits. The tools are grouped by kind, not ranked. Swiftedge is our own tool.

Swiftedge's own limits
- Nine markets, perpetual futures only. The Bitcoin, gold, Ethereum, Solana, XRP, US 500, US 100, silver and WTI crude oil perpetual futures: no spot order books, no CME futures and no single stocks.
- No trading. Swiftedge places no orders and has no replay.
- No scripting and no data API. Depth has 30+ built-in indicators, and the widget puts the live heatmap on your own site.
- History. At least the last 24 hours on the chart; the footprint keeps about 48 hours.
- Not every venue. Each market is drawn from the perpetual futures books Swiftedge records, not from every exchange where it trades.
Within those limits everything is free for everyone: the heatmap four times a second with every trade, the footprint, 30+ indicators, Positioning, Terminal and Alerts, with no account.
Also checked
- TradingLite. Its own site said on 31 October 2026 that the service has stopped and will not resume, and that its technology is for sale. A free alternative to its heatmap.
- TensorCharts. tensorcharts.com did not load when we checked on 31 October 2026; its manual describes an order book heatmap, a trades heatmap and a JavaScript scripting module. TensorCharts and Swiftedge compared.

Where does Swiftedge's data come from?
Swiftedge reads public perpetual futures data from Hyperliquid and Lighter: the order book and every trade with its aggressor side. Everything shown is Swiftedge's own calculation; the FAQ has more.
