US$. Daily net flow per fund = change in shares outstanding × NAV per share on the trading day (for a fund that publishes only its bitcoin holdings: change in holdings × the BTC price). Sorted by net assets. “Total tracked” adds up every daily flow since the date shown under it: launch for funds with a published history, otherwise the day we started tracking the fund. * Estimated as net assets ÷ the BTC price, for a fund that does not publish a unit count. Not included yet: FBTC (Fidelity), BRRR (CoinShares), BTCW (WisdomTree) and MSBT (Morgan Stanley). Totals on this page cover the 6 tracked funds (IBIT, BITB, ARKB, HODL, EZBC and BTCO). “Grayscale Mini” is the Grayscale Bitcoin Mini Trust (ticker BTC).

What ETF flows are
A spot Bitcoin ETF holds bitcoin for its shareholders. When investors buy more shares than they sell, authorized participants create new shares and the fund takes in cash or bitcoin: an inflow. When shares are redeemed, the fund pays out: an outflow.
Every fund publishes its shares outstanding and net asset value (NAV) per share after each trading day. We calculate the flow ourselves from those reports: the change in shares outstanding from one day to the next, times the NAV per share. Some issuers book new shares one day after the trade; we date each flow to the trading day it belongs to.
Flows describe demand through regulated US funds, one part of the market. Bitcoin also trades around the clock on spot and futures exchanges, so flows and price do not always move together on the same day.
