Winter = the UK and the US on standard time (November to mid-March); summer = both on summer time (end of March to late October). For two to three weeks in March, and for one week around the start of November, only one of them has changed its clocks, so the rows that follow that city are an hour off from these columns. Gold today in India always shows the exact times for today.
